Shoes!
Will someone PLEASE tell me where I can get an adult-sized pair of those shoes kids are wearing, where they can skate around on them, but they look like regular shoes!! I want some!
I mean, really, how fun would that be...you're walking along, and then you think, "Hey I'm going a little slow here," and you shift your foot back...and now you are skating along! Awesome!

It's difficult even to find roller blades in adult sizes any more.
And transformers ... well I guess technically I can still buy those, but you get funny looks as a twenty-year-old browsing ToysRUS's well stocked action figure section. Believe me.

is it wrong that i always thought optimus prime was kind of a big clunky dork? probably. i mean after all, he was the good guy and i feel like i should have liked him because of that. but dang, the decepticons just looked so much cooler.

transformers... ahhhh those were the days. Sadly, all i can remember right now is the theme song! Well that and that one tranformer that changed from a huge moving truck. That always just seemed so unlikely to me... :)

yes exactly becca--that big moving truck was optimus prime! see, he WAS dorky, wasn't he!
now what was the name of that cartoon with all the lion robots that formed one HUGE robot when they came together--and they were all different colors--oh VOLTRON!! man i loved that cartoon.
also tranzor z, but i had to get up mighty early in the morning to catch that one, which means i didn't see it all that often.
