I'm 34, half-Egyptian, and Californian to the core. I'm a Christian, which is sometimes disconcerting—to me, I mean. There are many things about Christianity, at least as it is presented in the 21st century Western church, that make me cringe, but Jesus Christ is not one of them.

Ha! That is pretty funny. Hmmm, perhaps in that class they could answer the myriad of questions we've brought up here in blog-land about the subject. Hmmm, South Dakota isn't that far, is it? ;) (well, or normally it wouldn't be... hehe)
